Just had my 328 serviced by Shiltech at Loughborough, had originally arranged to have the exhaust done there, but the quote for servicing was very very keen.
Popped in unannounced a couple of weeks before it was due to go in for a nosey round and the guys were very helpful, and found the time to discuss all the work I wanted doing. They even talked me out of things I was planning that they didn't think were worth doing. All in all decent guys, with good knowledge and the same sense of value for money that i have.
All work now done - on time and as expected. Picked the car up washed and valeted and enjoyed the experience.
I would have shouted if I'd been disappointed, just feels right to do the same when I'm pleased with the service.
So, in summary, good job, well pleased, highly recommended
